BROKER REPRESENTATIVE:  Representing buyers and sellers in the marketing and contract negotiations of fine residences and prime commercial properties on the Monterey Peninsula.  I have negotiated sales and leases that typically exceed thirty million dollars worth of inventory per year.  Beyond what sales volume represents, I have an excellent reputation as an ethical and professional broker.  My referral clientele will attest to the honesty and capability of my work.

Over the past 37+ years on the Monterey Peninsula, I have been involved with major subdivisions and ranch properties.  The real estate business is very challenging and I have successfully completed numerous 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, Estate Trust and Probate Sales, options and transactions involving complicated contractual demands.  I have designed many creative and effective marketing brochures. I have been involved in major national advertising campaigns.

APPRAISER:  As a qualified independent fee appraiser, I have prepared narrative and form appraisal reports on residential, commercial and unimproved property.  I am proficient with computers and demographic analysis.  As an expert witness for appraisal testimony in Monterey Superior Court, I have testified for many complicated valuation cases involving extensive course study on appraisal theory, income capitalization, and narrative report writing.  I am a past Associate Member with the Society of Real Estate Appraisers.

REAL ESTATE OFFICE MANAGER:  From 1978 to 1983, I was the office manager/broker for the prominent Bock Real Estate office with 14 full time agents.  Later, I opened my own real estate company and operated a brokerage/appraisal business.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:  As a commercial property manager for a prominent local family, I have performed for over 30 years the lease negotiations, accounting and general property management responsibilities.  I have been a consultant on leases and property management for The Barnyard, a major shopping center in the Carmel area.
